Selling and HIPs

We want the sale of your property to go without a hitch. So we will obtain the title deeds, ask for a complete list of fixtures, fittings and contents, agree dates for completion, exchange contracts and arrange for the payment of any outstanding mortgage, estate agents and solicitors fees.

What are HIPs?

Home Information Packs are a legal requirement and every house that goes onto the market for sale must have one.

They provide important information about the property including an energy performance certificate, sustainability information (new build houses only), a sale statement, an evidence of sale statement, standard searches and (where applicable) a copy of the lease.

We can prepare all this information for you and - when we are involved in the conveyance of your property – we can do it at cost price.
