Making a claim

We will hear you case and advise you as to the likely success of your claim – at no cost. This is usually done over the phone and takes about half an hour.

If we believe you have a case, we will proceed immediately and promptly get the other side to admit liability.

We will arrange a medical examination and can then value your injury claim precisely, including any other treatment you may need.

We will also prepare details of all your personal losses suffered, to include earnings, policy excess, travel and care.
